There is a non-refundable $10 deposit required when booking your lash appointment. This deposit will go towards the total of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to do so within 48 hours of your appointment. I understand sometimes life happens, if it is 24 hours or less before your appointment time, please call me at 256-345-6232. If there is an emergency the day of your appointment & you suddenly have to cancel, please call me. If I do not answer, please leave a voicemail or text me!


I give clients 1 lifetime same-day emergency cancellation uses for those sudden situations that are just out of their control. I try my best to work with you all and ensure this is stress-free for both of us!

If you are going to be 10 minutes late to your appointment, please give me a heads up by texting or calling. If you are 20 minutes late,  your appointment will be canceled & you will have to reschedule. There is a cancellation fee of $10, this will need to be paid before you can book with us again. You can pay by Cashapp $skslashandbrowbar, Venmo @skslashandbrowbar, or Apple Pay at 256-345-6232, please label it as "Cancellation Fee" so I can note that this has been paid and we can move forward with your appointment!

I am a home-based lash artist. Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment. 

Be prepared to have your picture taken or video recorded to show the world how beautiful you look! If this is something you would prefer me not to do, please let me know.

Due to the nature of our products and because of hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges after purchasing. However, if you happen to receive a damaged or faulty product, it is important to inform us within 10 days from the date of receiving your order. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly exchange it for you once you return the product(s).



All services are non-refundable. You agree to this when you submit the client consent form when booking. If you experience extreme fallout, allergic reactions, or are unsatisfied with the outcome, let me know within the first 72 hours and I will get you in free of charge to fix, remove, or do whatever is necessary to ensure you leave a happy bar guest <3
